1. How to initiate a return?
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition. If you have any questions about returning, please contact us at support@globalup365.com
Note:
a. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
b. Some products can not be returned when there is no quality problem. (As Products Listed Below )
2. Why can't I return my items?
On Global Trade, returns are ineligible for the following reasons:
- Your return date has passed*
- The items have been used
- The items are seasonal/holiday items*
- The items are custom items
