1.How to initiate a refund?


Customers will have 14 days from the arrival of the package to submit complaint to support@globalup365.com for

[1]  Defects
[2]  Damages
[3]  Incorrect items
[4]  Missing items

*Please note the submission must include a clear description and issue photos for further research.

Once someone on the Support team verifies the information, they will reach out to you about the refund.

2.How can I request to cancel an order?


a) Within 24 hours of placing the order: Contact customer service support@globalup365.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

b) After 24 hours of placing the order:We regret to inform you that the order can not be cancelled as it has already been prepared. Thank you for your understanding.

3.When can I receive my refund?

Usually the refunds will take 7-10 business days to your original payment account since initiation.

Note: The refund time depends on your card issuing bank. If you don't see your refund beyond the period (10-15 working days), please contact our customer service support@globalup365.com for help.
